Work of the Agency will start with preparation of Local Energy Action Plan. Action Plan will be based on information and data that needs to be collected for this purpose. Agency staff will prepare the plan in cooperation with tutor agency and expert assistance from project partners (especially Electrotechnical Institute Hrvoje Požar, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing Zagreb, and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture).

After the Action plan is drafted clearer picture about the needs and problems related to energy issues will be presented. Based on these findings sector activities can take place.

Awareness about importance of education and knowledge in this area requires continuous process of education of hired staff and quality of services provided in scope of Agency will be stressed.
