Most important outcome of this project will be well structured and organized Local Energy Agency. The Agency's work is going to be well coordinated with national and international energy related institutions.

Coordination is especially important to ensure local priority areas are in line with national and EU priorities, thus ensuring achievement of policy goals. The Agency will serve as local point for dissemination of information and reference point for local population with interest in broad range of energy issues (from efficiency, transport and financing).

At the beginning at least three people will be employed with purpose to facilitate and carry the process. Staff working in the Agency will prepare energy policy recommendation (Action Plan) and continuously monitor progress and implementation of drafted Action Plan. Educated staff will also be core for sustainable development in energy sector through expert advice and provision of services to public and private actors interested to RES and RUE. Commercial approach to work of the Agency and broadening of partnerships will ensure self-sustainability of the Agency.

Direct outcomes to be achieved:

• Established Agency
• Hired, educated and competent staff working on energy management issues
• Energy Action Plan for Medjimurje Energy Balance of County established
• Prepared services for general public, public institutions and SME's (methodologies and guidelines based on best practice of other energy institutes).
